Article 45 of National Central University Organization Regulation stipulates that “University shall establish Faculty Plea and Arbitration Committee to review faculty’s appeals against dismissal, suspension and other decisions. Guidelines for Establishment of Faculty Plea and Arbitration Committee shall be in accordance with the Article and shall be implemented after evaluation and approval by NCU Affairs Meeting.
