In order to keep citizens, teachers, and students safe, only the vehicles with entry permits and buses will be allowed to enter NCU since Apr. 2; upon inquiry, vehicles without entry permits will not be allowed to enter NCU unless the drivers of the vehicles come to NCU to process business, deliver goods, or visit inhabitants.

NCU will also disinfect the entire campus during the consecutive holidays of Tomb-Sweeping Day. Indoor areas including restaurants, public washrooms, libraries, and dormitories will be disinfected as scheduled, and the disinfection of the outdoor areas depends on the weather condition of the consecutive holidays. Furthermore, since Apr. 2, all people will be requested to wear a face mask to protect themselves and others when getting on a bus and when entering restaurants, shops, the Post Office, and Caves Books. Announcements of the regulation will be made before it is officially implemented.

NCU suggests that its faculty, staff, and students avoid going to the places full of crowds and avoid physically contacting their relatives and friends who will return to Taiwan shortly or who have returned to Taiwan recently from foreign countries, especially those who are under home quarantine, home isolation, and self-management of health. Please maintain certain social distance and frequently wash your hands.
