On January 30, 2020, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) announced that the School of Management of National Central University had earned the official re-accreditation. NCU will be dedicated to creating a better learning environment, eagerly promoting international activities and make continuous improvement to keep up the world’s trend.
The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, or AACSB, is the most recognized accreditation organization for business schools and institutions worldwide. Only five percent of top business schools could be accredited by AACSB. Currently, there are more than 840 AASCB-accredited schools over 50 countries. Earning the re-accreditation will help the School of Management in not only enhancing the internationalization of the university but also attracting international talents to NCU.
The successful re-accreditation of the School of Management was largely attributed to the Dean of the School and the AACSB office staff who prepared the continuous improvement report and organized every detail of the on-site visit. NCU would like to express her gratitude to the fellow business schools for their support, and to all NCU faculty, staff, students, and alumni for their keen participation, valuable suggestions, and attendance to the sessions. After this re-accreditation, the School of Management at NCU will make continuous improvement in alignment with the AACSB Standards and ensure the further engagement, innovation, and impact in research and teaching activities.
