“  National Central University Partners with ” Delta’s EMEA Headquarters to Foster Global Talent Cultivation  With the collaboration of the Education Division of the Representative Office in the European Union and Belgium, National Central University officially signed a memorandum of cooperation with Delta’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Headquarters on st August. This marks the initiation of the  Overseas Professional Internship Program, aimed at enriching students' global perspectives and honing their profes- sional skills. The program is scheduled to begin in February , selecting outstanding students to participate on a six-month internship at Delta’s EMEA Headquarters located in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. Photo by Chen Ju-Chih Dalip Sharma, Delta’s President and General Manager for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), highlighted that Delta has been deeply rooted in the EMEA region for over  years, boasting nearly , engineers and  research and development centers. The EMEA Head- quarters in the Netherlands is dedicated to the develop- ment of crucial fields, such as data centers, industrial and building automation, automotive power solutions, and energy infrastructure (including microgrids, renewable energy, and EV charging). Therefore, the students for this internship program will not only accumulate precious market knowledge experience but also explore the trends shaping the future of the industry. Through close collaboration between industry and academia, the "Delta EMEA Headquarters - Nether- lands  Overseas Professional Internship Program Application" will jointly cultivate interns from National Central University, fostering their problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and innovative thinking. By engaging with teams of diverse cultures, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, participants will gain insights into Delta’s global operations in power elec- tronics, automation, infrastructure, and other busi- ness aspects, contributing to their competitiveness as international talents. This program will offer partici- pants significant subsidies, including airfare, intern- ship allowances, and living expenses.
