為了帶動臺灣生醫產業發展，中央大學整合1系4所，成立第8個學院「生醫理工學院」，並延攬美國哈佛大學醫學院教授彭仲康領軍，希望為國內學子創造就業藍海，讓教學、研究和產業三頭並進；「生醫理工學院」今年8月將正式對外招生。
In order to push forward the development of the biomedical industry in Taiwan, National Central University has integrated one department and four graduate study programs to set up the eighth school, school of Biomedical Sciences. Doctor Peng, Chung-Kang, the Harvard Medical School professor, is hired to lead the program. He is expected to create an employment’s blue ocean strategy for the students in the related program in Taiwan, and help the three dimensions, teaching, research, and industry, move forward together. The school of Biomedical Sciences is going to officially recruit students in August this year
